OUR GOALS

- To encourage students to develop and nourish a vital relationship with God and His people
- To provide a secure and caring learning environment for a multi-ethnic student body
- To develop from a fundamental knowledge of scripture, morality, and theology, the understanding that the Christian life is a life of service
- To develop an ability to think both logically and critically
- To improve writing and speaking skills, and to foster an appreciation of the cultures from which language is derived
- To encourage students to express themselves creatively in one or more of the arts, and to appreciate the aesthetic expression of others
- To develop an understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to apply the knowledge and skills gained in order to respond to the demands of a technological society
- To impart a knowledge of the social sciences and an understanding of the relationship of the individual to society
- To impart a knowledge of the natural laws and an understanding of the scientific method
- To enable students to acquire the knowledge, habits and attitudes which promote personal and public health, both physical and mental
- To instill an awareness of global, civil, social, and ethical responsibilities
- To develop a positive attitude toward lifetime learning
